Irene is an accomplished Tanzanian tech entrepreneur and women and youth empowerment proponent.

She is the Co-Founder of Adanian Labs, a Pan-African tech venture studio on a mission to build the next generation of socially impactful and commercially driven companies that will change the world from Africa.

Irene has led successful transformational programs for women and youth from her home country Tanzania to now across Africa.

At Adanian Labs, she is fulfilling her dream of building tech capacity in Africa and supporting African tech entrepreneurs to build and scale businesses across the continent.

She continues to spearhead innovative impact tech platforms that integrate access to finance, communities, trade and capacity building, all aimed at empowering African women and youth with tools to create wealth.
