Najwa El Irak

Najwa El Iraki is a Moroccan-British businesswoman who is a force to be reckoned with.

She is the Founder and Managing Partner of AfricaDev Consulting Ltd, a business development and advisory firm dedicated to the African continent. She is also the General Representative in North and West Africa of Lloyd’s of London, the world’s specialist insurance and reinsurance market.

El Iraki has over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry.
In 2012, she joined the Casablanca Finance City Authority (CFCA), a public-private organization dedicated to positioning Casablanca as a regional financial centre.

Najwa El Iraki is a passionate advocate for women’s empowerment in business. She is a member of the Women Working for Change (WFC) network, which is dedicated to promoting gender diversity in the African business community.
She is also a mentor for HEC Paris Executive Education and is involved in several other Moroccan and African business networks and associations.
