Steve Tchoumba

Steve is an entrepreneur, an ecosystem builder, and a significant player in Cameroon’s tech entrepreneurial ecosystem.

He is the Executive Director of ActivSpaces, a technology innovation hub based in Cameroon that provides a platform for entrepreneurs and innovators to develop, test and launch their ideas. ActivSpaces has incubated and supported several successful startups, including Gifted Mom, a digital health startup that provides maternal and child health information and services to women in rural areas.

Steve has also been involved in various initiatives to promote technology and entrepreneurship in Africa, including mentoring and advising startups and entrepreneurs. He is a Board Member of AfriLabs, a pan-African network of over 225 technology innovation hubs across 47 African countries.

AfriLabs aims to support the growth of African startups, promote innovation and technology entrepreneurship, and facilitate collaboration and knowledge-sharing between tech hubs and stakeholders across the continent.
