Ten African startups have been chosen to receive funding as part of the Africa Blue Wave and Regen Wave initiatives, a collaborative effort to unlock solutions for a sustainable future.

Kenyan travel technology startup Triply has secured a significant investment of $500,000 from Y Combinator, a world-renowned startup accelerator.

German development finance institution DEG has committed €15 million to the Adenia Entrepreneurial Fund I (AEF I), a pan-African private equity vehicle managed by Adenia Partners.

Egyptian cleantech company, Tagaddod, has secured $26.3 million in a Series A funding round aimed at accelerating its expansion and deepening its capabilities in the renewable feedstocks market across Africa, Asia and Europe.
