Acha Leke

Acha Leke is a Cameroonian businessman and consultant currently serving as the Chairman of Africa for McKinsey & Company, a global management consulting firm.

In this role, he leads the firm’s work across Africa, business building, turnarounds, and economic development for key governments, public institutions, and major companies across Africa.

Outside of McKinsey, Leke co-founded the African Leadership Network, a network of African leaders who aspire to bring prosperity to the continent.

He is also the co-founder of the African Leadership Academy, a coeducational boarding school that aims to develop the next generation of African leaders.
