She is also the Co-Founder of the African Business Angel Network (ABAN), a pan-African non-profit association supporting the development of early-stage investor networks across the continent and getting many more early-stage investors excited about the opportunities in Africa.
Born in Cameroon, Rebecca is widely regarded as one of the most influential technology entrepreneurs in sub-Saharan Africa. Through her technology leadership and active involvement in Africa’s tech space, the 55-year-old has made a significant contribution to the promotion of innovation and entrepreneurship across the continent.
She is a recipient of numerous awards and has previously been named a Global Leader for Tomorrow by the World Economic Forum.
