Ethel D. Cofie

Born in #Ghana, Ethel is an award-winning entrepreneur, IT professional, and consultant for IT projects.

She has previously held various technological and commercial roles in her work in the United Kingdom, Nigeria, and Sierra Leone before becoming a full-time entrepreneur.

Named among the top five Women impacting IT in Africa, Ethel is deeply passionate about technology and women’s leadership.

She is the Founder and CEO of EDEL Technology Consulting, an IT Consulting and Digital Products Company in West Africa and Europe that was won several accolades in the fields of telecoms and IT.


Ethel is also the founder of Women in Tech Africa, one of Africa’s largest women-in-tech groups with a mission to support Africa’s growth through technology.

Her contribution to Africa’s tech and innovation space has seen her win prestigious prizes, including the 2020 Glitz Africa Ghana Women award.
