Maoz Aviv – Director of Agriculture at Empower Africa presents the ARTC concept. The Agriculture Research & Training Center (ARTC) will centralize all relevant know-how and serve as the source of agricultural knowledge in Sierra Leone. We believe that Sierra Leone can become a world leader of agricultural research and innovation. We see the ARTC as the first step towards transforming this vision into reality.
