Dieng’s journey as a social entrepreneur began with a clear vision: to address farmers’ pressing issues in accessing markets, resources, and technology.

She founded MAYA, a food processing business in Mali, integrating local producers into its value chain.
Through this venture, she has spearheaded numerous projects to empower farmers and strengthen their position within the value chain.

Seynabou is also a Private Sector Advisor at the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations.
